The Digital Training Support Group utilized AR, VR, video, and eLearnings to supply Thermo Fisher's customers, FSEs, and other support staff with innovative training designed to enhance retention and save the company money by having fewer in-person sessions. Budget cuts forced Thermo to close the office in April 2023.

Wrote the SOP for our graphic design team's use of Articulate Storyline. Created the Team Slides used to maintain consistent branding across all trainings. Created eLearnings, sometimes working with our 3D team to craft rotating models for advanced knowledge checks. Helped shoot and edit photos and videos.
