At Viaggio, I spear headed the design for Kaasana, a robust travel CRM application. As the sole designer, I managed the entire design lifecycle, from initial user research and wireframing to final UI/UX design and implementation. I crafted user-centric workflows and a cohesive visual identity, ensuring a seamless experience for both travel agents and customers. My designs streamlined operations, enhanced efficiency, and contributed significantly to the successful launch and user adoption of Kaasana.
