My purpose has always been to spot opportunities/problems by better understanding humans and using that knowledge to help teams make better decisions. I can’t wait to share my passion for participatory methods wherever I go!

Sporadically, I provide consulting services worldwide. My professional skills have been enriched in approximately 20 countries, and I have been lucky enough to meet some of the most fascinating cultures and people on Earth.
