As CDO I work closely with our process engineer, outsourced partners, casting specialist and sales team in key growth roles. Hiring and managing outside design talent to complete over flow work, engineering and structure design of integral components, and value differentiator analysis for sales team positioning. * Hired and manage 3 outside design partners -Scheduling, QC, Work Distribution, and Mentoring * Structural Design and Analysis -Work closely with casting specialist and 3D printing engineer to create best in class design work, with guarantee longevity to our customer * Company growth metrics and value proposition creation - one of three co-founders which play integral growth role - understanding industry movement - budgeting and pricing matrix development
