With an extensive background in graphic/website design and past data production management experience, Adam became passionate about the brands and products he promoted through his designs and quickly flourished in a fast-paced environment that enabled him to evaluate advertising and marketing strategies.
Adam has helped to grow and strengthen the digital operations office of Millward Brown Digital. Starting as a small group of 5 that supported the research operations team, he played a pivotal role in transforming the office into a central hub for all Millward Brown Digital operational needs. Over a five year period with the company, Adam saw the small team steadily grow to 25 and effectively oversaw all in-coming projects from proposal stage through report generation and final analysis.
His main foci have been on design, bid management, panel integration, project requests, survey development/programming, dataset creation, report generation/analysis and product development. Adam has facilitated kickoff calls and project coordination with clients, vendors and research teams for many large-scale projects.
Adam has an outstanding track record of fostering cooperative working relationships with co-workers, clients and outside vendors and offers his strong work ethic of going above and beyond what is needed to get the job done. Experience has taught him how to organize and prioritize many complex projects at once while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure tight deadlines are met. He is proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and after working with his two young children to overcome developmental delays, he is currently seeking a new challenge with an organization in need of someone who shares its long-term goals.
