Managed all aspects of the user experience cycle from research and requirements gathering to design and implementation on both medium an large scale Salesforce implementation projects focusing on art of the possible user work flows and automation, while also supporting smaller projects when ad hoc design was needed. While in my UX role with EPAM Systems I also spent time as project support to assist other teams and projects as well as pre-sales support. met stakeholders, facilitated business requirements development sessions, performed gap analysis, finalized the business requirements, defined the process flow, oversaw the development, testing, and implementation of designs.

Provided technical leadership for multi-million dollar projects for the financial industry with over 14000 financial advisors as users. Met with stakeholders, captured business requirements, created process flows, use case scenarios, user interface specifications, concept models, detailed wireframes and design concepts. Conducted user research, developed information architecture following interaction design disciplines, UX best practices and user centered design methodologies.

Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Created an end-to-end SaaS financial system for onboarding of financial clients. The solution required integration of 48 systems that included collection of social data, investment recommendations, creation of client packets and eSig system. Instrumental in saving over 10,000 man hours per year in onboarding new clients by implementing the new SaaS financial system.
• Principal designer for “Alternative Investments” application – a first in the financial industry. Converted the legacy paper based system to automated system reducing the processing time from 6 weeks to 2 weeks saving time and money.
• Redesigned out of the box 3rd party vendor software (COTS), making the workflow lean and clutter free, and tailoring it to best suit the organizational needs, while working in the software limitations. These changes were made standard by the vendors in their next version releases.
• Managed and directed all phases of project life cycle while working in collaboration with project stakeholders and developers.

Directed all aspects of interface design, visual design and integration work for business systems for clients from diverse industries including a proprietary search engine organization. Projects ranged from simple websites to complex enterprise applications. Met the stakeholders, facilitated business requirements development sessions, performed gap analysis, finalized the business requirements.

Key Tasks & Achievements:
• Defined the process flow, created storyboards, flowcharts and mockups of UI layouts and functional flow for all the projects.
• Developed prototypes, wireframes and implemented full graphics for the projects.
• Spearhead the user experience design for the search engine, enhanced the user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility while interacting with the product.

Performing contract interface design, visual design, and integration work for clients including a proprietary search engine company. Responsibilities for said company included, creation of storyboards, flowcharts, and mockups of UI layouts and functional flow. Responsible for all prototypes including wireframe and full graphic implementation. Worked with engineering staff to ensure satisfactory functional implementation of code. While consulting with this company I was directly involved with the design of a search engine web application including all aspects of UI design and feature set, I was also responsible for the public customer facing site, including UI Design, graphic design, page flow and feature set. *

Responsibilities included contract interface design, visual design, and integration work for clients including the First Church of Christian Science. Responsibilities for the TFCCS included, creation of storyboards, flowcharts, and mockups of UI layouts and functional flow. Responsible for all prototypes including wireframe and full graphic implementation. Worked with engineering staff and other W.I.T. team members to ensure satisfactory functional implementation of designs based on JHTML coding using Perforce, and bug-tracking software. While consulting with TFCCS I was directly involved with the redesign of 2 existing ecommerce web applications including all aspects of UI design and feature set, for the third site I was responsible for the completion of page flow, feature set and Dynamo integration of a 3rd party design based on a limited set of Photoshop comps. *
