MattressFirm Sleep Profile system
Sleep Profile is an application in which Mattress Firm can store customer and prospect data, track
customer interactions, and share this information with colleagues. This centralized data repository
allows every user to better manage and improve interactions with the customer. This was a custom SF application designed for tablet use in every MattressFirm store in the US and Canada.
All designs were completed by me as i was the only UX Designer on this project. The training PDF is a convenient way to showcase this project.
