Abraham Immanuel Bormate, or "Abe" /Ah-Beh/ to all his friends and family, has always been fascinated with technology. Particularly with how technology could improve the lives of people, and become a enabler of doing good.
When he was a young boy growing up in a remote province in the Philippines, he had dreamt of becoming an aeronautical pilot. He was passionate about stuff in aviation (mostly airplanes), about military history, technology, and stories of valor in the second world war.
Growing older, the idea that technology could help move things forward for people, and help make lives better, instilled in him a calling. A purpose to pursue. Something bigger than ourselves. To help other people through what we're passionate about.
In light of this, he wanted to become a part of responsible organisations. To contribute in their growth, because, Abe believes that it is these responsible businesses, with their infrastructure and the opportunities they bring to people, that sustain and drive a more inclusive-growth to local micro-economies, like small towns, communities, and so on.
Abraham has a number of years of work experience initially as a Website Designer, working with WordPress, a CMS platform to build websites with, and as an organic marketer, specializing in SEO (Organic). Doing so to promote useful content that adds value online.
Apart from doing Web Design and SEO. He has good abilities in gleaning useful insights from raw data through Web Analytics, and with other performance measurement tools, and tag placement solutions.
His experience helping small businesses allowed him to grasp key concepts in Online Marketing and with Web and Data Analytics.
When no longer at work, Abraham spends quality time with his family at home.
Often, you'll find him reading books with a mug of coffee on one side. He commits time to study about new things through online courses, and bootcamps when he's able.
If you're looking for a Web Analyst who is able to understand online marketing, and on the side, write some code. Kindly reach out to him.
Thank you.
And may God bless you.
