1) To work on system implementation of Bellow Expansion Joint Production and QA activities.
2) To design Bellow Expansion Joint as per the customer's requirement (based on the data shared by them) by following EJMA guidelines.
3) To work parallelly on Design and Development of machines needed to increase the productivity and quality of Bellow Expansion Joint. Machines developed till date are- Mechanical Expander, Sheet shearing machine, Bellow Collar cutting machine, etc.
4) To work on design and development of Bellow products like Bellow Coupling and Bellow Sealed Bending Beam Load Cell.
5) To design and manufacture the tool for bellows formed using the hydro forming machine. Also, to calculate and set forming pressure, seal dimension etc. based on the excel based workbook developed by my team.
6) To generate realistic costing of Bellow Expansion Joint by considering raw material content, processing charges, overheads, etc., by using a self-developed excel based workbook to automate the whole process.
7) To create Production Planning sheet for every order we receive to the execution of the same in the planned time frame.
8) To monitor Liquid Penetrant Test, Hydrostatic Test and other required tests for every single order and to generate the report of the same.
9) To assist the company in ISO standard implementation by developing excel based auto-filled formats for all the departments.
10) To monitor marketing department and also to assist them to deal with the technical queries of the customer.
