Aaron Pierce

Aaron is an Industrial Designer with a broader set of skills than most designers at his experience level, having supported all aspects of product launches from initial sketching to packaging design, marketing and warranty support.

Aaron has documented and worked 1,000s of hours with fabrication teams and large-scale manufacturing programs overseas in China, Indonesia and Vietnam. Aaron gained domestic experience working as a creative problem-solver in logistics, running quality programs while managing a destructive-testing lab learning from furniture and materials science. He's managed small teams to crush goals and protect the company bottom line.

Aaron uses these experiences and skills as lattice with which to hang Industrial Design skills upon. Aaron most recently worked with the team at Nautique Boat Company completing a transportation design program for 2021 and has recently started his own design consultancy. He's looking for the next breakthrough opportunity to help you and your team grow together with excellent product design.
