I expertly executed dozens of product photography stills in order to modify the color and shape for line reviews for several large retailers. I enjoyed creating beautiful renderings and visual stories with product in order to actualize the design teams' ideas, without the investment of full retooling at a factory,
Just one of the projects I worked on was a Propane Gas Tailgate grill where I worked closely with the engineering team to model and render several iterations of gas grills that used an existing insert system using the Craftsman Brand language. I learned the power of the image through light placement and thinking through the way consumers' needs were changing and how effective design predicts and offers solutions to those needs proactively.

Ryobi/Rigid Power Tool Internship 2011

I worked with Techtronics Industries on a 3 month internship that grew into a year after a promising 1st quarter of sketching, computer-aided Solidworks drafting in their outdoor division, I soon became something of the lead intern and would be assigned special projects modeling, working in product photography and working with over-molding, and complex surface geometries to bring the visual brand language of the Ryobi Powertool brand across G2 to G4.
