Summary of Qualifications
Skills:
• 2D/3D design conceptualization using traditional rendering and model building techniques as well as computer modeling (FormZ), drafting (CAD), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator CS6.
• Ability to create detailed, compelling illustrations from verbal/written information and direction. Illustrations are completed in various media to include pencil, marker, charcoal, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Sketchbook Pro, Corel Painter and other graphic programs as required. Mac Pro and Wacom Cintiq 24HD with all software listed above available to complete projects on a freelance basis if desired.
• Experienced with Mavericks OSX 10.9.2 and Windows 7, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
• Flying over 2,000 hours as a former Naval Aviator has proven my ability to lead teams to achieve a common objective, in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. -

Mitchell InternationalSan Diego, CAResponsible for vector image creation, conducting quality assurance, and refining and creating exploded view SVG illustrations to be used in automotive repair estimating software. These Illustrations are created using Adobe Illustrator CS6, and require verification of correct assembly relationships, materials use, and simplified readability. I have revised, created, or conducted quality assurance on over 5,000 SVGZ images in this role.

NASFallon SAR MH-60S paint scheme. Safety was a primary concern for this design, and that was achieved by creating a highly visible composition to improve aircraft visibility in high traffic/high stress environments. Ease of maintenance and SAR team/brand identity had to be achieved while utilizing federal standard colors and creating a visually appealing design.
