Marketing Manager/Sr. Designer
Hamden, CT
Jan 2016 - Present (8 years 10 months)
Serving under the Director and with Sr. Leadership as the Marketing Manager for Burt Process Equipment, I lead the marketing team in designing, creating, and delivering marketing collateral and digital content to support the growth and expansion of company products and services across key industries.
• Led the implementation of Marketing Automation
• Collaboration with partner suppliers for improved brand awareness for measurable growth and ROI
• Oversight of Google/Bing PPC/PLA advertising and ad-spend budget
• Developed company internship program for new talent acquisition
• Co-Chaired the Annual Charity Golf Tournament and fundraiser for the CT Children's Foundation
• Developed marketing strategy annually with quarterly benchmarks
• Tracked costs and set departmental budgets
• Designed and coordinated webinars and trade shows
• Developed and led company culture initiatives
Expanding the marketing team has increased the in-house capabilities to include video production, social engagement campaigns, e-commerce platforms, SEO, digital advertising, high-quality web content, and product exhibits.
In 2019 I successfully led the reinvention of the company brand. Implementing the new corporate identity required a concise strategy and execution with attention to detail, companywide collaboration, and high-level communication across all channels, from vehicle branding and online representation to messaging for partner suppliers, vendors, and customers, and brand awareness campaigns across all platforms.
Partnering with supplier partners and generating revenue through marketing initiatives and creative communication is at the core of my contributions to the company's projected goals of 8% growth annually and $70M by 2024.
Other successes include influencing the company culture in collaboration with Sr. Leadership and HR to provide improved work-life balance and a positive team environment, fostering camaraderie and individual professional development.
