Headquartered in San Diego, Sony Electronics is a leading audio/video electronics and information technology product provider for the consumer and professional markets. Operations include research and development, engineering, sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service.
During my tenure, I was chosen as one (1) one of eight (8) mentees out of a pool of 450+ applications across Europe, the Middle East, and the African region to create branded content to better represent the brand on a global scale, publish across platforms, and reach 40M+ audience members. By the end of the experience, I was recognized as a leading Creator for my strides and quality of deliverables.
While this experience allowed for individual marketing professional development, I was able to master the art of content creation, management, and all of the efforts that came with content operations. On the research side, I conducted in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players. On the collaborative side of my efforts, I worked with cross-functional teams, including content and product management, to optimize marketing features and ensure market fit. Ultimately allowing me to master the lifecycle management of developing and managing campaigns from inception to finalization, including content creation, event planning, and digital marketing initiatives.
