In 2017, I was the project manager of a website revamp for my former employer, Trio Digital Advertising Agency. The role involved creating copy for the web pages and working closely with the agency's website designer to ensure a seamless user experience on the site.
This led to improved website rankings (from the 2nd page to the 1st page of the SERP), yielding a 50% increase in lead generation.
I also provided social media marketing and community management services to the agency's accounts to enhance brand awareness. This involved curating compelling social media captions, collaborating with a graphic designer to create accompanying visuals and responding to comments & messages.
