I was a digital account manager for Financial Sector Deepening (FSD) Kenya, a client in the non-profit financial education sector (2018 & 2019).
My role was to create Twitter and LinkedIn posts by curating captions and selecting accompanying visuals. I managed the brand's website by uploading blog posts, reports & articles, updating the homepage and responding to comments. Additionally, I created & deployed e-newsletters, assembled digital marketing reports and provided live social media coverage services during client functions.
I played a key role in successfully growing FSD Kenya's online followers by 60% and creating a community of highly engaged audiences.
