Ensuring every project is on track towards product leadership by collaborating with different stake holders to evaluate projects through concepts prototyping, first and final production samples and post production stages. Responsible for ensuring the products are crafted as per the original design intent and having fit and finish which is superior to the competition.
* Plan, invite stakeholders and conduct exercises to examine products.
* Quantifying issues, allotting corrective actions to function leads and ensuring actions are taken within proposed time.
* Generating reports and publishing them across functions.
* Developing new tools to sensitize different functions within the company towards craftsmanship.
* Visiting different manufacturing plants to conduct audits at regular basis.

Designed and developed products for refrigeration category which included conceptualizing, prototyping and developing production ready parts within timeline and cost constraints. It involved collaborating with the stakeholders from different functions and also different process partners like graphics, usability, CFM and craftsmanship within the design department.
* Designed the three door No Frost (NF) refrigerator (named Protton World Series) relevant for the up market consumer segment in the Indian sub continent. Project involved complete redesign of external aesthetics for an existing product.
* Designed Direct refrigerator (named IceMagic) relevant for mass consumer segment in the Indian sub continent. Project involved creating a completely new product including externals aesthetics, internal aesthetics and space management for different capacities.
* Designed a non refrigerated bottom drawer for existing Direct Cool refrigerator range. Project objective was to have better space management and increased product height.

Creating visual story telling through concept illustrations and computer animation for an innovation consultancy and other business enterprises.
* Sketching and rendering of innovation concepts for a household insecticide, FMCG food packaging design and packed food inserts.
* Designed a 3D animation film showcasing the device's detailed functioning on human anatomy and exploded views of a complex medical device
* Designed a logo for a governmental health organization

* Designed measuring tool for a leading tool manufacturing company. The project involved restyling the existing product
keeping engineering components intact.
* Designed juicer mixer grinder for a leading kitchen appliance company. The project involved creating organic form
radically different from exiting mechanical styling.
* Designed an action figure toy for children aged between 5 to 12 years. The design aimed at entertaining, educating
and familiarizing children with India's rich cultural past.
