Valeria Barbaglio

I am studying at the University of Miami double majoring in Media Management and Psychology and minoring in Strategic Communications. I will receive my bachelor's degree in May 2025. I am the Photography Director of Distraction Magazine, the University of Miami's biggest magazine, a team photographer for Orange Umbrella, the University of Miami's consultancy agency that works with real world clients, and I hold board positions in several clubs including Plant Based Canes (delegate) and the Media Management Association (vice president). Through these, I strengthen my photography, graphic design, photoshop, copywriting, leadership, teamwork, organization and, most importantly, communication skills. Through coursework, extracurriculars and internships, I am ready to apply my skills to creating, learning and growing.
