About
An industrial designer-turned-prop maker and designer. I have spent the past 5 years travelling the world working on some of the biggest productions in history (Amazon's The Lord of the Rings: The Second Age, Avatar 2 (Weta Workshop), Thor Ragnarok, Alien: Covenant, Pacific Rim: Uprising). I am now back in Toronto for the time being, looking for the next big challenge!
As I have practical manufacturing experience as well as design skills, I tend to thrive when put in an intermediary role between design and fabrication departments. I can also be depended upon to put in the long hours to get a particularly complex design or build done before the deadline.
Design and fabrication are more of a lifestyle than a profession... After a long day of building props, I want to go home and... Build Props! -
