Mail That Means More Mailer

This project was created for our Department of Defense (DoD) client to increase membership in our Home Delivery Pharmacy program. This mailer shares a story from a VaLOR member which is a military employee resource group at Express Scripts. From concept, to interviews, to content and publication, I oversaw the making of this piece that became a great success for our marketing partners. It increased enrollment in Home Delivery by 6% and became a template for both creative pieces and collaboration within our department. In addition to increasing enrollment in Home Delivery, this piece also showed our military members working at Express Scripts that we value and celebrate them.
