- Developing new product or new design according to market demand and trend for Southeast Asia and Australia market
(work closely with Design, Technical and Marketing Dept)
- Support ceramic manufacturers to start up digital printing machines and solving the problem in production concerning digital products.
- Setting and Maintaining the quality of product according STD Company policy.
- Work together with Production Department to make sure all the new formulations and or all the new product are able to produce (Work closely with Production Manager and some related engineers).
- Training and coaching designers and technicians who are just starting out in ceramic industry
- Manage and conduct research and development on new product development e.g: new materials, texture effects, printing technology, color trends, etc.
- Organize the exhibition event and launching event for new product
