Tim McCarthy

I grew up on the water and was always, swimming, kayaking, or wakeboarding. It’s where I feel most at home. I also grew up wanting to go to Georgia Tech to be an Industrial Engineer like my dad. Math and Science were my best subjects but after a year at an engineering school in Atlanta life happened put me on another course and sent me to art school. In my spare time, I would always be drawing or building so SCAD seemed to be the best of both of my analytical and creative sides and I’ve loved every second of it.
