Helen - Monitoring energy consumption
The client wanted to increase its business customer satisfaction by asking me to make a small research with them and create few concept interfaces how the data could be shown.
Service designing had a huge part in this project. The client wasn't sure if they should develop their own reporting tool, or if they should get a partner who can provide a satisfying tool, or would there be some other ways to take care of this and keep the customers happy.
The wireframes were only made to show an example of a solution and support the results of the research.
The project was made in Finnish for one of the biggest energy companies in Finland.
