About
My most recent position was with Laureate Education – University of Miami Partnership.
Managed primarily the U of Miami's online Masters of Sport Administration program, providing overall content, design, HTML, and working with professors on course changes and content in Blackboard. I also contributed content to other programs, such as Nursing Infomatics, MBA, Finance, Accounting and Political Science. I also worked with a range of internal and external academic experts, stakeholders, product development staff, vendors, and institutional representatives to ensure adherence to product design decisions, business requirements, and academic expectations.
Since January 2015, I have designed learning modules for Cisco System’s Cisco ONE software and for the Massachusetts Dept. of Education. I have previously developed modules for the Chicago Public School system. Examples of my work can be seen on my YouTube channel, the link available at the top of my resume.
I also have been teaching animation and graphic design online part-time since 2003. I have worked for five different universities, and have taught everything from art foundation courses, Autodesk Maya and Adobe programs. My most recent teaching assignment was a digital imaging course for Southern New Hampshire University. I have also recently developed and taught a Graduate-level course in Adobe After Effects for the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, and two courses in Autodesk Maya for Baker College Online, Flint, Michigan.
