2 yrs Teaching/Guiding PROJECT WORKS M.Des Project Design I: Virtual Gaming based Energy harvesting bicycle Many schools in rural India hardly have power lines installed hence demand for electricity in villages can be partly fulfilled by human energy harvesting. Children are abundant sources of energy and a part of energy they spend on sports can be used to generate electricity. This project aims at building interactive bicycle racing game where player's virtual character in the computer game will accelerate, decelerate and turn depending on its paddling and handle movements. In doing so, this electromechanical system will not only provide electricity but also entertainment with added health benefits. Arduino is used in this project M.Des Product Design II: Design of a 2-DOF Robotic Arm using DTMF The purpose of this project is to construct a robotic vehicle that can pick and place around 300gms of trash picking robot in an arena emphasizing CLEAN INDIA . Microcontroller used is AVR Atmega16 weight. It is being controlled via cell phone using DTMF technology. This project can be used in industries for material handling and DTMF technology provides it a better range of operation. It can also be used as a development board M. Des Product Design III: Design of a Mini Table Fan powered by laptop USB port. It is a small table fan powered by USB port 3 volt supply, it can be used during summer seasons to provide cooling effect for frequent laptop users who continuously sit in front of laptop. It is built using a trimmer DC motor, a broken CD and an USB power jack. M.Des Course related project I: Conceptualisation and Visualisation of a electronic portable device to detect rotten meat.
