I am a Wisconsin-born former Mechanical Designer, currently calling Watertown, Wisconsin home. I began my career with an Associates Degree in Mechanical Design Technology from Madison Area Technical College in 2013. The designs that my teams and I have produced are more than just a source of pride for me, they are also a huge part of my lifestyle. I fully submerse myself in my work, and it shows in everything I do.
I come from a somewhat unusual background for a Designer. I started in this field by working on the production floor, cutting, stamping, welding, grinding, and bending metal. It is with that background that I bring nearly a decade of production manufacturing experience into my designs. In addition to that manufacturing experience, I also strongly consider and maintain aesthetic integrity and original design intent in every project that I work on. I believe that the confluence of those varied skill sets will consistently produce results that speak for themselves.
Thank you for viewing my portfolio! I'll let the projects I've worked on tell the rest of the story.
Cheers,
Scott Hainstock
