• Work directly with Creative Director managing clients to meet objectives
within budget and schedule; mentor and inspire team; support in proposal
creation; develop and maintain best practices

• Lead clients in the value of project and design rationale; develop brand
strategies and experiences with design team; apply user-centered IA, UX
and Service Design techniques to organize and develop interactions

• Initiate and maintain client relationships as both an advocate for the client
and project team to ensure the engagement is consistent with the client’s
strategy and long-term goals; proactively plan account development and
identify growth opportunities

• Plan and execute UX, Interactive, Web and Print projects by managing
traffic and resources to meet deliverables within the given constraints;
effectively manage timeline, scope and logistical process

• Concept development, design process and production for branding,
graphics, communications, interaction, research/strategy, and
environmental design for print and digital media; employing various design
thinking and service design methodologies and tools

• Work directly with Creative Director managing clients to meet objectives
within budget and schedule

• Concept development, design process and production for retail: print,
environmental graphics, POP display and signage

• Work closely with Associate Creative Director and team managing clients
and vendors to meet objectives within budget and schedule

• Concept development, design process and production for print, signage,
environmental/architectural graphics,wayfinding and digital media

• Develop company standards manual to maximize operational efficiency
and lead the design and implementation of graphics for new office space
