About
I’m an Interior Design Student at Tidewater Community College and I’ll be graduating at the end of 2024. I’m currently working towards my LEED certification with an expected completion of Summer 2024.
Prior to my time at TCC, I worked a variety of different jobs from a Gas Turbine Mechanic in the Navy to a cross-country truck driver, to an aerospace technician. As my background would suggest, I’m an adaptable hard worker looking to take the skills I’ve acquired and translate them into being an attentive and thoughtful creator.
As a budding designer, I’ve taken a huge interest in commercial & hospitality projects while also leaning into green design practices but I’m still very open to seeing where this path takes me. Helping to improve our communities and give every person a safe and enjoyable place to assemble is at the core of my decision-making. -

Bartender/ManagerBroad DecisionsPortsmouth, VAAug 2022 - Present (2 years 3 months)- Responsible for handling large sums of money and all tasks that go along with it to include bank runs, creating one’s drawers of $1,000 at a time, writing checks for vendors and employees, trading out large sums of money with customers and employees, handling money transactions at bar.
- Manage upwards of 25 employees at a time. Tasked with creating schedules & hiring while also rotating managing/bartending between three sister bars. -
Recovery TechnicianPort Canaveral, FLNov 2020 - Jul 2022 (1 year 8 months)- Responsible for driving, refueling, and maintaining two fast boats for fairing recovery.
- Spent 60+ hours practicing touch and go's with test fairings, demonstrating proficiency in driving a boat.
- Responsible for driving and fueling work vehicles including hauling small watercraft vessels and bringing them to the marina on Ford F-350 & trailer.
- Direct caretaker of all netting and line associated with recovery and boat operations.
- Spent numerous hours working on Azimuth propulsion systems and anchor systems for drone ships.
- Part of a team of 30+ rotating members to recover, process, and transport over 45 Falcon 9 rockets annually. -
OTR Truck DriverIndianapolis, INJan 2019 - Dec 2019 (11 months)- A company team driver driving a minimum of 20,000 miles a month, across the country mostly from southern California to central/northeastern United States. In charge of creating cross-country routes, all paperwork, and maintenance on vehicles.

Gas Turbine MechanicU.S. NavyNorfolk, VAAug 2013 - Aug 2018 (5 years)- Managed a work center consisting of over 15 personnel in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on 4 LM2500 GTEs, 3 Allison 501K34 GTG sets & all associated auxiliary equipment.
- Qualified to operate consoles controlling Propulsion & 60HZ Electrical distribution to the entire ship.
·- Proficient in working on multiple shipboard support systems such as Lube oil, LP air, Waste drain systems, Oil purification systems, Seawater Systems, Hydraulics, Fuel systems, etc.
