Stephen Willemin

• Perform the design and development of many of the physical components in the BioVigil System.
• Create and manage Solidworks 3D models and drawings for manufacturing and quality control.
• Assist in the deign and integration of electrical and mechanical components into our systems.
• Work on continuous quality improvement projects increasing the reliability of the BioVigil system.
• Operate and maintain company 3D printers used in prototyping and production capacities.

•Responsible for the BioVigil Badge and ID-Key production processes and build environment.
•Managed the production room work-flow, employees and inventory tracking.
•Supervised and performed production tasks including electrical soldering, device assembly and final Q.C. testing.
•Responsible for maintaining production volume, quality and schedule.

•Ran computer simulations and programs to verify the proper function of radio frequency modules
•Trouble shot the programs and modules when failures occurred to identify and fix the problem.

•Worked in the field replacing and repairing utility lines, worked with and around heavy equipment, and reported directly to the project manager and head foreman.
•Worked in multiple areas, including piping, concrete, hand, and power tools.

•Assisted in the setup for sports, graduation, and other various events held throughout the year.
•Worked as a bag checker, ticket taker, and security for events held at the convocation center.

•Provide helpful and efficient service to all Philmont campers. Maintain a friendly and cheerful attitude to ensure participants have an enjoyable experience.
•Have in depth knowledge of all the gear and merchandise carried in the trading post.
