In this role I retained all my duties as the lead designer while also expanding my skill set. I photographed all products in a studio setting as well as in the field lifestyle photography. The FLIR brand had become fractured over time and once the company hired a Chief Marketing Officer, I was asked by him to lead the resurrection of the brand. I was given the responsibility to oversee the usage of the company logo, clarify the current brand standards, update and refine the brand book, and then make sure the 3000+ employees understood and correctly used the brand in all their communications. In 2016 as a lead designer in the newly formed FLIR Brand & Creative Services team, I was colead on the rebranding of the company’s visual identity system.

In the beginning of 2008 I started an internship with OMSI. I was immediately part of the team and began cutting my design chops on customer facing projects inside and outside of the museum. I developed print ads, posters, Planar digital billboards and signage, logos, icons, digital banner ads, large format vinyl graphics, interactive display pieces, promos, and tchotchkes. I was asked to stay on after my three month internship as an independent contractor for the rest of 2008.

At Collectors Press I helped design several kitsch coffee table books and assist senior creatives with photo editing and retouching.
