I am the eCommerce developer and Brand Manger for Boogie Bean. I designed and built their current eCommerce solution. I designed all brand marketing logos, promotional materials and product packaging.

● Developed brand marketing strategy for Boogie Bean start-up.
● Designed all marketing logos and media including shirts, signage, and promotional products.
● Designed, coded and maintain e-commerce website using the Shopify platform as the base.

I was the Senior Systems and Support Technician within this Fortune 5000 firm. The birds-eye view of this position was to analyze, evaluate and resolve issues relating to products and services which were designed by Atlantic BT. My primary goal in this position was to provide excellent IT support to their 50+ staff and top-notch customer service to their extensive client base through phone, email and face-to-face correspondence.

As a senior technician for Atlantic BT: I was responsible for employee hardware/software support.
These tasks included:

● Initial deployment and regular maintenance of all internal desktop and laptop workstations.
● Installation/configuration of Windows 7, Mac OSX and/or Linux operating environments for all workstations.
● Researching and purchasing new hardware and/or upgrades for current and future employees.
● Configuring Microsoft Office 2007/2010, Visual Studio 2010, Adobe CS, Outlook.
● Configured and managed Parallels Plesk / Expand hosting services for web and email hosting.
● Installed and configured Windows Server 2003 / Server 2008 R2 systems within a VMWare infrastructure.
● Maintained network hardware comprised of Dell servers, HP SAN, 3Com switches and POE appliances.

● Developed and maintained crucial relationships between clients and production staff.
● Implemented cross-platform testing procedures for multi-tiered web clients.
● Developed software shell that simplified production staff processes and applications.
