My design responsibilities include driving client campaigns for national brands, including Facebook, TIAA, New York Life, Prudential, Schneider Electric, Citizens Bank, and Voya, while partnering closely with project managers, copywriters, and creative Directors. Develop various sales pitch concepts for marketing campaigns, such as emails, digital banners, brochures, and posters. Create and validate ADA compliant PDFs by documenting and streamlining compliance process. Training teams in India and Brazil on production processes. Guide and mentor two junior designers to improve performance and boost confidence.

Develop full brand identities, marketing materials, pitch decks, PowerPoint presentations, and websites, while collaborating with multiple companies and clients. Provide top-notch design services to various clients, such as F.R.E.E.D.O.M. Records, Brielle Von Hugel, Stag & Hare, Betty Crocker, MXM (Meredith Corporation), Sermo, Made for TV, and Doorways to Dreams Foundation.
