Work with 19 different disabled individuals to identify specific health needs and identify areas of improvement. Provide client with communication assistance while acting as an advocate for their well being. Instruct and advise on issues of cleanliness, utilities, hygiene or nutrition. Monitor health and administer medications. Document progress towards client goals and day-to-day occurrences such as behavioral concerns and preferences.

Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve excellence in marching band. I was a section leader. As section leader I worked with individual students to improve their playing as well as marching. It also gave me the opportunity to gain experience in conflict resolution.

Provide efficient but friendly front-end service to customers. Answer questions and provide information on products, policies and procedures. Act as an outgoing team player to constantly monitor the store and encourage other employees. Stock items and fill gaps on shelving units. Redesign shelving patterns to make items fit.

Apply fungicide to corn seeds for research purposes. Used machinery to consistently count corn seeds and put them in envelopes.
