As the Director of Education and Operations at the Irving Symphony Orchestra, I worked closely with the Irving School District to help promote music and music education. This project comes from a collaboration with ATMOS Energy and IISD. They contacted the ISO about building a custom musical performance which would promote being green and conservation themes. I wrote the entire 45 minute script, selected the music and performers as well as created and edited the video presentation. I served as MC for the whole show and presented this program to over 2,500 IISD students at Calvary Church. The program included the Dallas Brass, A sing-a-long with IISD music teachers and several numbers I performed on guitar. The final product was both educational and accomplished the "green" message which ATMOS wished to promote.
