Designed an advanced web-based SaaS platform called CynoCast that enabled businesses to webcast interactively using a micro-bandwidth technology I developed to handle large online audiences. Fully weaponized a new interactive telecom product from concept to beta release – a web-casting app that operated like a telephone but also delivered live interactive web pages simultaneously.

I designed the dashboard, full-screen client, and compliant mobile app. Combined streaming audio and video, plus recording technology that allowed instant publishing to any website URL. Composed and authored all necessary supporting documentation including the company's website, supporting product data, PDF user guides, and user agreements.

Launched a new software business that achieved more than $1,000,000 in sales. I published seven software titles that were distributed through various channels, including PC manufacturers and retail outlets. Directed and managed day-to-day operations of the business, including product design &
development, sales and marketing, public relations, accounting and revenue collections.

Exemplary performance in marketing and selling AT&T communications equipment. Designed, sold, and implemented customer communications systems that transformed communication operations and improved business performance. Boosted territory sales 250% by strategically doubling the market reach and area covered. Sold over $1,000,000 in communication equipment in one year, attained 140% of quota, and won several AT&T Company awards.
