I've always been a big Star Wars fan and, like many others, I especially loved the ultra cool masked bounty hunter, Boba Fett. I finally got around to building my own custom Mandalorian armor out of EVA foam this past year. The whole thing was built from scratch, including the helmet (known as a "bucket" by Mando nerds), and coated with three layers of Epsilon Pro, a semi-rigid brushable resin. The design is my own custom creation, from the shape of the plates to the colors painted on the armor.
