Design Perfection Workshop is research basis workshop which engages, trains, produces perfection in built work. The focus is to aim highest construction in steel, carpentry, stone masonry to produce such a masterpiece which resemble function, aesthetic, and firmity,and durability in it's execution. Some people says DPW is one school of construction mastery which maintaining the transfer technology,knowledge, innovation from the past and bringing it to the future.

Made In Jakarta is Urban Design Workshop based on City of Jakarta as its research centre. It's one Urban Design Laboratory focussed on discussing Urban Design solution such as Urban Design Guideline, land use arrangement, conceptual transportation plan, and solution of creative open space.

Realrich has been teaching at UPH for almost 3 years. He has been teaching for Structure and Construction IV [Building system], Urban Design Workshop Studio, Final Year Studio, Thinking Drawing Working Drawing.

R A W "Architecture Mastery in its Natural State" stands for Real Architecture Workshop is an Architecture + Design Firm found by Realrich Sjarief focussed on Architecture, Urban Design, and Design Works. As the leader of the firm, he led the firm winning 16 awards in open and limited national competition. Recently one of his design, bare minimalist residence was nominated as finalist of Indonesian Institute of Architects 2012 Award Jakarta [IAI Jakarta Award]. He is also featured in some of publications and “50 Indonesian Architects + Emergings”, one publication by Imaji Publishings. He is actively on daily basis enganging, rethinking, benchmarking and designing RAW project from special design of residential housing , school, office, skyscraper, and masterplanning.

DOT Workshop is a builder workshop craving for perfection in tropical houses established in 2010. The workshop limits itself to the construction of few best buildings at a time maintaining its quality to the top.

DOT Workshop also has been giving top quality and well paid labours, also scholarship to the family of the builders and providing their need of home by experimenting cutting edge technology housing.

DUyCM Global, acronym in Spanish for Urban Design and Construction of Mexico. It was established in Monterrey, N.L. México, to address the worldwide change in consciousness towards sustainability, smart buildings, water treatment and management, social development and population growth in urban environments. This brought together a group of professionals from different nationalities, disciplines and backgrounds to work together for the greater good of society and for the environment in which we live day by day.

Duties: Designing numerous projects from Conceptual stage, Schematic stage and Design Development stage [including 100000 sqm Masdar Cityscape Plot L11 at Masdar World’s first zero carbon zero waste city, Abu Dhabi and 111524 sqm YTL New Headquarter at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, corresponding feedback to YTL Headquarter design with MEP Consultant [WSP], Structure Consultant [Webstructure Singapore], Fire engineering consultant for YTL New Headquarters, attending regular design meeting with David Nelson [Head of Design Board], Gerard Evenden [Group 05 Leader], Muir Livingstone [Partner], Managing team members to finish package for Retail and podium design for YTL New Headquarter per design stage submission.

Duties: Responsible for designing numerous projects in Conceptual stage to Schematic Stage [including Singapore, Indonesia, Philippine, and Vietnam such as 64431 sqm Minton Rise housing development block at Bedok Singapore, 146344 sqm UPH Global campus master plan and 21762 sqm UPH university at Waru-Indonesia, Pejaten Shopping center at Jakarta Indonesia, Aston Hospital at Jakarta Indonesia, Yogya Hypermart at Yogyakarta Indonesia, Sucaat Shopping center and Cebu mall at Manila Philippine], Coordinating package with internship architect, Corresponding design with 3d artist, Managing design review with Wu Tzu Chiang [Director], Dadi Surya [associate director], Rida Sobana [senior associate] during 2006 to 2007.

Duties: Working under Ridwan Kamil,Reza Nurtjahya, Achmad Deni Tardiyana, and Irvan Pribadi Darwis for Designing numerous projects in Jakarta, and other cities in conceptual stage including [Well known Rasuna Epicentrum at Kuningan Indonesia, other Indonesia projects, some China Projects], winning Architecture and urban design competition together with design team, Handled management of design process, preparation of reports and drawings to stakeholders and clients, company promotions (including advertising and special brochures).
