Company Owner / Game Producer
Stein, Netherlands
Jan 2020 - Present (4 years 11 months)
Owner and creator of the world's first tablet guided city tour: MetropolisGo: "Het verraad van Maastricht", among other digital products. Zero-based budget where I took my vision for the future of city tours and sourced a small team of talent and ultimately brought the product succesfully to market, ensuring the vision was not lost during the development stages and progress was ensured throughout. As company owner and producer responsible for the entire production cycle of MetropolisGo, including a soft launch and a collaboration with the Maastricht Tourist Center (VVV / Maastricht Marketing).
Tools used: Unity3D, Blender, Visual Studio, Photoshop, After Effects, Mapbox and a range of in house developed custom tools and Unity customizations to increase efficiency and decrease the iterative effort required for fast roll-out of future tour and localized map services/titles.
Other released projects include: BHV VR and AR training products - which trains in house security and facilities staff how to handle in-house emergencies in VR. Testing their procedural skills and knowledge in for example an office fire and prepares trainees for their exams and prepares them for reality by providing an experience that is highly realistic and iterative, really hitting those important safety procedures home. Currently in use by Alcaleph, one of the largest players in in-house safety certifications, based in the south of the Netherlands.
More released projects and collaborations can be found on the company website.
(Under development):

Service Delivery Manager
Nuth, Netherlands
Nov 2015 - Nov 2018 (3 years)
Started as a trainee and ended up being the face of the company, responsible for establishing and consistently achieving SLA/OLA contractual requirements with other market leaders and high-profile multinational vendors and clients
After a short time managed a team of 10 support staff and after multiple promotions in the same year, I got promoted to Service Delivery Manager, directing, collaborating and taking feedback from Operations- and Development teams as well as management. The current CFO, has been my trusted (business and management) mentor during my time at Dynalinq. Due to a growing number of responsibilities and commitments, I lost my eye on the ball and was simply no longer able to put enough time into my technical growth or to justify it for my job role. Over this period of time I put as much of my spare time in learning game development skills, however after leaving this position at Dynalinq, I fully committed to game development and networking with local game development companies.

Customer Service Specialist: Xbox
Maastricht, Netherlands
May 2006 - Dec 2006 (7 months)
A blind love for gaming inspired me to apply for this position without experience and got trained to provide solutions for Xbox (360) customers relating to software, hardware and network issues. When the project in Maastricht ended, I was offered a leadership role in Egypt for Xbox as a result of my work efforts.
A strong pull to the UK, made me move to Glasgow instead in pursuit of strengthening my business skills and experience across multiple industries.
