About
Ray Jepson is a consumer-oriented designer that is changing the way homes look across Canada and North America. He practices project management oriented on killing the bad ideas fast so the team can concentrate on fully developing incredible designs and experiences.
As design director and designer at Artika, Ray was responsible for design strategy, product definition and industrial design. As director, he grew Artika’s business tenfold in four years. Before Artika, he led teams at Stelpro, Bazz Lighting and CCM. In addition, he has experience with ethnographic user research, interaction design for physical and digital design, product certification and negotiating with suppliers. He holds a BSc in Industrial Design from Arizona State University.
In addition to his work, he is a contributor to the world’s leading design resource, core77.com. Ray lives in the Montreal suburbs (where he can wrench in a garage) with his wife and two children. -
