Chandigarh, India
Dec 2015 - Mar 2015 (8 months)
A firm that has emerged from a strength of 2 to 12 people from varied design backgrounds, led by a visionary architect is sure to impart essential training. The initial process began with understanding the working pattern, drawing and details and coordinating with seniors to work alongside them in the respective projects.
Gradually responsibilities of handling various procedures were entitled which included;
• Receiving telephone and conversation with vendors and contractors
• Maintaining files, folders and sets of projects,
• Updating office library
• Physical model making
Adhered to the responsibilities, to keep an update about the project and to routinely check the sets (working and issued) was also perceived.
The outcome of the overall period of internship has resulted in maturing in terms of an individual and to perceive architecture with more enthusiasm and creativity. An architect should be well aware about all the projects and should have a good exposure about the market, interaction with different classes of people, and to let his creativity turn into reality.
