Focusing on the University's in-plant digital print production and quality control while also supporting the University copier fleet.
-Responsible for improving print quality utilizing imaging tools, color profile and maximizing cost savings by applying technical knowledge.
-Process digital print & mail projects according to specifications, cost saving methods and schedule.
-Preparing electronic files for printing , review and manipulate digital customer files, troubleshooting problem files for document integrity using Adobe InDesign and other software.

*Covering the front desk and assisting students in delivering packages
*Process incoming packages and mail.
*Operating the Print Production Calculator and calculating the charges of various print orders.
*Answering incoming phone calls to the Mailroom/Print Production Center.
*Help students with creating shipping labels and mailing necessities.
*Assisting faculty and staff with on-campus copiers with training and operation of on-campus copier fleet.
*Processing invoices for paper orders, chargebacks, and the fleet of on-campus copiers.

ID internship focusing on honing design skills, as well as an introduction to experience in a design consultancy.
