I’m the senior project engineer of industrial design and engineering. My role requires me to lead the
NPD programs for home décor, kitchen and batch decorative products. I manage the industrial design

mentor. I also manage contract industrial designers or design companies to assist with creative
objectives. My responsibilities also include overseeing our Asian project engineering team for facilitating
supplier support. I’m heavily involved in the concept development phases, CAD, prototyping, rendering
and presentation of final design direction, as well as the engineering drawing specifications for
manufacturing, FAI and product data management. My position requires me to stay on top of product
trends, research new technologies, travel overseas and inspire our sales and marketing team with new
competitive products. I help bring forth the commercialization of many SKU’s, following Amerock’s
product roadmap for business growth each year.

Panella Engineering & Development Center I was the lead design engineer for industrial design and product development. I created and developed a variety of new plastic blow molded packaging containers across many segments and customers. I worked with plastic injections closure companies, fillers, labelers and test labs for the complete package design, to properly showcase the brand its products shelf life. I oversaw conceptual designs and engineering product drawings. Managed out sourced ID work. Assisted the Director of Creative Design and VP of Marketing & Design with project reports, project timelines, design project status, marketing research involvement and studio budgets. I was also responsible for studio operations, which included rapid prototype development, workshop inventory, hardware, and software purchases and new design tool proposals. I helped ensure customer design intent and product aesthetics exceeded the customer's expectations on projects. Involved in tool quotes and package requirements for our manufacturing plants and business standards. The plastic packaging design work and leadership I provided had helped generate company patents, and millions in revenue on a yearly basis for the automotive, food, beverage, dairy, household chemical, specialty chemical and water segments.
