How does one paint emotion without being a little out of the ordinary?
I have lived a million lives but 1 thing remains consistent; my need to paint. Personal and commercial pieces are kept separate, for now I cannot part with ones that have come from my heart.
Art for me is Therapy. Returning to Art after child birth for educational reasons, I notice there have been no new pieces during times of happiness, proving my belief in Art Therapy is invaluable for people like me. Expressing oneself through art becomes an addiction when speaking stops being an option.
The best comment received so far was from a colleague aimed at a personal piece; 'I know THAT feeling'. All I ask is you look past the initial image and see from your heart. Thank you. Peace. Amen x
