Process Flow and Site mape for Online Media Site - Proposed site map illustrated a business expansion into new areas - expanded print services, self service printing features, printing on Discs, duplication and production of media.
User Flows - Web Application - Used as a business requirement for review, planning and implementation of features, this type of diagram illustrates the flows for key functions users would follow when using the online application.
Content and Concepts Map - To help sort and organize new concepts for a site along with existing content this diagram offered visual map to assist in planning.
Research and Discovery Diagram - Used at a brainstorming meeting - these diagrams help key stakeholders prioritize site objectives by understanding the needs of site visitors.
Process Flow Diagram - Diagram to show Process Flow for editors using a content management system. User steps are shown on the left - on the right is the corresponding screen in the CMS interface.
Discussions within a site - Diagram to illustrate how a content type and sub types would be used across a site.
Content Heirarchy - This diagram shows the team how similar content types would be used across all the site sections but how customized for each.
