Support site for Authorize.net (Visa company)
was to be a both a migration from an Oracle platform to a Salesforce platform AS well as to be designed along with a sister site - that of CyberSource, support site.
Key objectives included improving self discovery of support information via Search and presentation of information by topic.
Key objective to limit creation of a support case if the information is already available, thus guide users to browse, search and even when they do start to write up a support request, as they type content, possible resources are listed in a panel next to their text entries.
