Acted as a resource person for production, providing technical support and training 3D modeling technicians (SolidWorks) in Mexico and producing reference materials for operators.
Managed the project for the standardization of the geometry, modeling and development of all models of hockey sticks for the production transfer from Mexico to Asia and managed to do this project in 6 months rather than 2 years.
Created an innovative patented technology related sticks "Focus Weight", which was put into production (Advance Design).
Developed an innovative overmolding process for goalie sticks "Vibration Dampening Technology" (VDT).
Identified solutions related to molding and finishing issues of carbon fiber parts, which has accelerated production and reduced rejection rates.
Received repeatedly projects aimed at finding innovative solutions related to the improvement of existing products with his ability to find original ideas (Think outside of the box).
Responsible for the production of various documents including 3D renderings, presentations and catalogs for materials for the sales department.
Disseminated visual and technical information relevant to the preparation of patent documents (tax credits).
