Between 2017 and 2019 I was a digital account manager for Rosslyn Riviera, a high-end suburban shopping mall in Nairobi.
My principal duty was to provide copywriting, social media marketing and community management services to the client. This involved curating captivating social media captions, placing & monitoring social ads, deploying promotional emails and responding to comments & messages. Live social media event coverage, photography and videography were key services I offered to the client during in-mall activations and events.
Furthermore, I assembled digital advertising reports by analyzing metrics from social media platforms insights and website data of organic and paid campaigns to improve the performance of subsequent campaigns.
This resulted in a boost of the client's engagement rate to 4% and online audience growing by 40% hence enhancing brand awareness.
