Tasks: * Design conceptualization and development * Presentation of renders, working drawings, and samples * Making procurement schedules and sourcing for materials (including importing) * Procuring materials (Locally and Internationally) * Sourcing for contractors and suppliers * Negotiating on behalf of the client to achieve the best prices for products and services * Approving invoices for various contractors and suppliers * Managing the project (Installation spearheading site meetings and supervision)

Tasks: * Producing 2D plans, 3D renders and working drawings * Formulation of PowerPoint presentations to present to the clients showing designs and also highlight project progress to clients. * Estimating cost of material, making decisions on materials required and sourcing them * Formulation of work schedule for projects * Meeting clients, negotiating with them, listening to their views, advising them and implementing * Inviting applicants for interviews, conducting interviews and assessing the applicants * Conducting orientation and training new staff on what is required in the new work environment * Taking site visits to supervise on-going projects

Tasks: * Producing working drawings for carpenters in the workshops * Entry of data for production work/ managing statements of accounts for all works at on-going sites * Designing kitchens, offices, movable Furniture, wardrobes and doors in 2D and 3D for clients * Formulation of PowerPoint presentations to present to the clients showing designs and also highlight project progress to clients. * Giving assessments to prospective new hires to determine their ability in performing the advertised job. * Undertaking new hire orientation through training on the scope of work * Producing Cutting lists and determining material quantity and cost * Working with carpenters in the workshop to oversee the production work and ensure quality is maintained * Formulation of work schedule for projects to show clients how work will be conducted in stages until it is finished. * Taking site visits to sites supervise progress of works
