East Bay graphic designer looking for local or telecommute junior level employment. I have a unique combination of creative and technical skills, having worked as a quality engineer before returned to school to earn my BFA. My student work focused more on identity, print, and packaging, and I have added some web skills via freelance and continued learning so that I can apply my design skills across a variety of formats efficiently and effectively.
I earned my BFA in graphic design, specializing in print/identity. I also have a BSc in mechanical engineering. My past professional focus was quality engineering support for production manufacturing in medical, aerospace, and production automotive engine rebuilding. I love to problem solve! In my manufacturing work experience, I honed my skills in organization, attention to detail, collaboration, dimensional thinking, and documentation.
