Previous titles include Director of Design and VP of Product Development. Responsible for the design and development of UPS, Surge, and Accessory families for both CyberPower and private label brands including Best Buy, The Home Depot, Walmart, Target, Staples, and Amazon. Led innovation efforts that resulted in “Stronger-Than-Steel” line of products, Color LCD for UPS, and illuminated outlets (patented). Part of the leadership team responsible for codifying and exemplifying the company’s core values. Instrumental in supporting an average of 12%+ growth over the past 10 years in revenue while navigating pressures from tariffs, covid, supply chain and shipping restrictions, as well as volatile material and labor prices. Currently leading a team of nine with four direct reports.

Responsible for designing, model making, and managing project execution throughout the company. Responsible for employee recruitment, team building, mentoring, and managing a staff of five designers. As a key contributor to the operational management of this small company, I helped diversify their expertise into new categories and reshape their brand from Leisure to Whiteboard. Obtained patents and industry awards.
